Having been a lover and student of movement her whole life, Ashley Zarr makes whole-body health fun, inspiring, and accessible for clients of all ages
and lifestyles. She began her career in movement in the early 2000s, graduating with a degree in Dance from the University of Iowa. As a dance major, Ashley was inspired by the way her Pilates classes in college helped her body recover more fully from knee and hip injuries, as well as the way
it improved her technique in the classroom, performances, and as a dance instructor.
After moving to Phoenix to pursue her professional goals, performing with various dance companies around the Valley, and teaching at various studios in Phoenix and surrounding cities, Ashley transitioned back to Pilates to continue to grow, evolve, and educate herself and her clients about the body.
A highly sought-after instructor, Ashley's knowledge of the body, along with her passion for helping others understand movement, has established her as a trusted guide for individuals looking for greater knowledge of their own bodies, as well as build health, strength, and flexibility through movement.
Ashley has worked with students of all ages, first focusing on sharing her knowledge through dance, educating children and adults in the Midwest and Arizona, and now utilizes Pilates to help strengthen bodies of all shapes, and sizes. Known for positive, engaging instruction, and a high bar of encouraged expectation, Ashley is passionate about working synergistically with the body and client to achieve shared goals.
