Pilates is for every body and everybody can do Pilates. It's for anyone wanting to learn how to connect with their body in a deeper way, improve the quality of their life, understand and develop their natural posture, learn to move with confidence and ease, and build core strength in connection with their breath. No fitness experience is necessary, Pilates Body Care will meet you where you're at! If you're ready to work, expand, and grow your knowledge about your body, then Pilates is the perfect workout for you.
PBC offers one-on-one personalized Pilates based private lessons, as well as duets and small group classes. Beginning with an initial consultation and assessment, each session is customized based on your goals, my observations, and the Pilates Principles. Props can be incorporated to increase the challenge and impact of the exercises, along with any personal Pilates equipment. In studio equipment includes the Reformer, Chair, Suspension Trainer, and Spine Corrector. Duets and small group goals will be established for all parties as well, so you can get fit together!
